1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between AMDG Development, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Stolvo (“Stolvo”, “we”), and the person or organization using Stolvo (“you”). Stolvo is for business use: you must be at least 18 and use it for your work, not as a consumer. If you use Stolvo for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. If you have signed an order form with us, it takes priority where it differs.
2. The service
Stolvo is a CRM in which AI agents keep records up to date from the email, calendars and tools you connect, and bring you decisions to approve. We may improve and change features over time. Features marked as previews may change or end and come without the commitments in section 11.
3. Accounts and workspaces
A workspace has an owner and members with roles. The owner and admins decide who joins, what each member may do, and which accounts are connected. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping sign-in methods secure. Tell us at security@stolvo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trial, plans and billing
- Trial. A new workspace gets 14 days free, with no card needed. At the end of the trial you choose a plan, or the workspace becomes read-only and you can still export it.
- Price. You pay per captured mailbox, meaning a member whose email and calendar are connected. Approvers and viewers are free. Prices are on our pricing page and exclude taxes.
- Allowances and caps. Each captured mailbox includes the monthly allowances published on the pricing page. Nothing is charged above your plan’s price: the allowances are fair-use limits, and the workspace owner sets a monthly cap. At the cap, capture continues and heavy generation pauses until the next month or a higher cap.
- Renewal. Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments aren’t refundable, except that if you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of being charged for it, we refund that charge in full, and where the law requires a refund.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to host, process and show it only to provide and improve Stolvo for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. You can export your workspace at any time, and for 30 days after your plan ends.
6. Agents and AI output
Stolvo’s agents can be wrong. Every change they make shows its source and can be undone, and drafts point out claims they could not source, but you are responsible for checking what you approve and for every email sent from your mailbox, including following the laws on commercial email. You choose, action by action, what agents may do without asking; by default every email waits for your approval.
7. Connected services and AI tools
When you connect Google, Microsoft, another CRM or an AI tool, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. AI tools you connect to Stolvo’s MCP server act with the permissions you give them, and their changes go through the same approvals as Stolvo’s own agents. We are not responsible for services we do not run.
8. Your responsibility for your content
If someone brings a claim against us because of the data you put into Stolvo, the emails you send through it, or your breach of these terms, you will defend us and pay the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you control its defense.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Stolvo to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to break the law or anyone’s rights, to process data you have no right to process, to probe or disrupt the service or other customers, to get around usage limits, or to copy or reverse engineer Stolvo to build a competing product.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Stolvo at any time. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or others at risk, or that is significantly overdue on payment, and will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it where we can. If either of us ends this agreement, you can export your data as described in section 5, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement.
12. Warranties
We will provide Stolvo with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, Stolvo is provided “as is”, without other warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, and each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for Stolvo in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don’t apply to amounts you owe us, to your obligations under “Your responsibility for your content”, or to liability the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use Stolvo after that means you accept the new terms.
